Abbas, Macron discuss over phone US stance on Al Quds

RAMALLAH - 5 December 2017: Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron on Tuesday had a phone conversation.

The two sides reviewed over phone efforts made by Macron with US President Donald Trump regarding the US's plan to recognize Al Quds as the capital of Israel and move the US embassy to the holy city.

Abbas appreciated efforts by the French president and the French stance supporting the establishment of stability and just peace in the region.
