ARISH - 3 December 2017: The finance and social solidarity ministries have allocated 70 million pounds to pay compensations to the victims' families and those injured in the terrorist attack, which recently targeted a mosque in North Sinai.

In a statement on Sunday, head of the social solidarity directorate in North Sinai Munir Abul Kheir said the Finance Ministry paid LE50 million of the total sum, while the Social Solidarity Ministry paid LE20 million.

President Abdel Fatah Al-Sisi ordered the government to allocate a compensation of LE200,000 for the families of each one killed in the attack. Also, every injured person would receive LE50,000.

A heinous terrorist attack targeted Al Rawda mosque in North Sinai on November 24, claiming the lives of more than 300 persons.
