CAIRO – 2 December 2017: Egypt’s Prime Minister Sherif Ismail condemned the terrorist attack at Al-Rawdah mosque, describing the perpetrators as “neither humans nor Muslims.”

Ismail, who left on a three-week trip to Germany to undergo gastrointestinal tract surgery, left Egypt only one day before the terrorist attack on Al-Rawdah mosque, which killed 311 Muslim worshippers during the Friday prayers, on November 24.

“Ismail is expected to leave hospital after three days,” according to Egyptian news reports published Saturday.

Egypt will be “fine” amid sincere “efforts exerted by President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi”, added Ismail, according to circulating news reports.

The family of Prime Minister Sherif Ismail is in his accompany during his treatment tour in Germany.

Ismail has been serving as Egypt’s Prime Minister since he was appointed by Sisi in September 2015.
