CAIRO - 20 November 2017: Saudi Foreign Minister said Iran violated the international resolutions banning supplies of weapons, especially ballistic missiles to the rebel militias in Yemen.

In statements on Sunday following an emergency Arab foreign ministers' meeting in Cairo, Al Jubeir said Iran fired a missile towards Riyadh, through its agents in Yemen, a matter which is considered as Iranian act of aggression, noting that Saudi Arabia has the right to respond in the right time.

The Arab ministerial council condemned the Iranian actions and interventions whether in Saudi Arabia or Bahrain or in other Arab countries, he added.

The foreign minister noted that Iran has a long history of supporting terrorism and interfering in the Arab affairs, stressing that Iran has to stop this intervention and respect the sovereignty of other countries.
