9 killed in shelling targeted Damascus, Homs

DAMASCUS - 19 November 2017: Nine people were killed and dozens others injured in mortar shells landed in populated districts in Damascus and Homs, Syria's SANA reported.

In Homs, two rocket shells fired by armed groups positioned in a number of areas and farms in Homs northern countryside hit al-Walid Mill on the outskirts of Homs city, claiming the lives of seven persons and injured others.

In Damascus, armed groups fired mortar shells on Mezzeh 86 area in Damascus city, leaving two civilians killed.
