Hungarian parliament speaker arrives in Cairo

CAIRO - 15 November 2017: Hungarian Parliament Speaker Laszlo Kover accompanied by a delegation of lawmakers arrived Tuesday in Cairo.

Egyptian Parliament Speaker Ali Abdel Aal and Under Secretary of Parliament al Sayed Sherif and members of the Hungarian Embassy in Cairo received Kover and the Hungarian MPs delegation at the airport.

Abdel Aal will meet Wednesday with his Hungarian counterpart and his accompanying delegation at the parliament headquarters.

In June 2016, the parliament speaker, accompanied by a delegation of MPs, visited Hungary where he met with the Hungarian President Janos Ader who stressed his country's support to Egypt.
