CAIRO – 12 November 2017: A tuk tuk driver is detained for four days in prison pending investigation after causing the death of seven students when his tuk tuk plunged off a road into a conduit on Saturday in Beheira governorate, Delta.

The tuk tuk was carrying eight students; river rescuers recovered six bodies, announcing that only one student was found alive and another was still missing.

Investigations were immediately announced to be launched into the matter, pending the general prosecution’s order.
