SHARM EL SHEIKH – 5 November 2017: Minister of Immigration and Expatriate Affairs Nabila Makram said on Sunday that the ministry had cooperated with the committee assigned to organize the World Youth Forum (WYF) to invite about 150 Egyptian youths living abroad to participate in the forum.

In a phone call with Extra News TV channel, she added that all ministries are working on appointing a number of youths as assistants to the ministers.

Egypt’s political leadership aims to empower youths, she said, adding that the youth forums organized under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi enabled the youth to express and expound their viewpoints and opinions.

She also noted that the forum will witness a session on illegal migration and its negative consequences on youth and families.

The minister expressed appreciation for efforts of the youth who have organized the forum, saying that such efforts contribute to serving the national economy, especially the tourism sector.

Makram also urged the international community to work on facing terrorism that threatens the whole world not only Egypt.
