AL, UN hold joint meeting on preserving water resources

CAIRO– 23 October 2017: The activities of the 13th joint meeting between the Arab League (AL) and United Nations (UN) and their agencies concerned with the preservation and management of water resources in the Arab region kicked off at the AL headquarters here Monday.

The three-day meeting tackles a number of axes, including the linkage of water and energy security for strategic planning, confronting climate change, along with boosting the water development goals.
