ALEXANDRIA - 19 October 2017: Prime Minister Sherif Ismail held Thursday a meeting with officials of Alexandria governorate and a number of ministers to discuss projects being implemented in the coastal city.
Alexandria Governor Mohamed Sultan attended the meeting, which tackled a number of ongoing projects including the Mahmoudiyah Canal, the development of Abu Qir train station and an urban extension project in western Alexandria.
Ismail inspected a sewage water treatment project in east of the governorate to prepare for the rain season, as well as visiting new sports facilities in Ittihad of Alexandria Sporting Club in Abis district, Smouha city.
In addition, the premier also met with a number of lawmakers.
