OTTAWA- 18 October 2017: Angry protesters have broken into the Iraqi embassy’s building in the Canadian city of Ottawa, Alsumaria TV Channel reported on Wednesday.

Those demonstrators stormed the embassy’s front doors and assaulted one of its staff, the channel said.

On Monday, a number of people attacked the Iraqi consulate in the British city of Manchester with Molotov cocktails.

In a related context, the Iraqi Foreign Ministry expressed its resentment over the incident and called for tightening security measures around the embassy and the consulate to prevent the occurrence of such acts carried out by outlaws.
