MOSCOW – 14 October 2017: The speaker of the upper house of Russia's parliament will discuss North Korea's missile and nuclear programme with parliamentarians from Seoul and Pyongyang on Sunday, RIA news agency cited a source in the Russian delegation as saying.

Speaker Valentina Matviyenko will discuss the issue with the first deputy head of North Korea's legislature and the head of South Korea's parliament on the sidelines of an international congress of parliamentarians opening in Russia's second city of St Petersburg on Saturday, the source said.
