CAIRO - 30 September 2017: The Cairo Criminal Court adjourned on Saturday the trial of former President Mohamed Morsi and 24 others to December 30.

They are charged with insulting the judiciary and harassing judges in order to spread hatred, through interviews on television channels and social media.

The case also included the lawyers Amir Salem and Ahmed Abu-Karka and political activists Alaa Abdel Fattah.

Earlier in September, an Egyptian court sentenced Morsi to 25 years in prison in a final ruling over charges of spying for Qatar.
