CAIRO – 30 September 2017: The city of Saint Catherine in the South Sinai hosted the closing ceremony of the Assembly of Religions for Peace on Friday, in the presence of Governor of South Sinai Khalid Fouda and Minister of Endowments Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa.

The assembly comes within the third session of the Religious Tourism Conference in South Sinai, known as "Let's pray together", scheduled from September 29 to 30.

The event was also attended by Minister of Antiquities Khalid Al Anani, Deputy of the Religious Tourism Committee in the House of Representatives Osama Al-Abd, a number of public figures and Bedouin leaders.
Sixteen countries participated in the ass
embly, including Algeria, Tunisia, Pakistan, Morocco, Jordan, Palestine, Greece, Tatarstan, Ethiopia, Nigeria, India, Sudan, Syria, Georgia, Indonesia and Egypt.
