CAIRO – 24 September 2017: President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi will head on Monday to the UAE in a two-day visit, during which he will discuss the bilateral relations and regional issues, stated the Egyptian presidency in a statement on Sunday.

“The President’s visit to Abu Dhabi comes in the light of the special relations between the two countries. The exchange of high-level visits between the two sides reflects the keenness of the two countries to continue coordination on how to face the challenges in the region,” the statement read.

On May 3, Sisi paid a two-day visit to the UAE, where he met with Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
