Ministry of Interior distributed school supllies to passer-by students
CAIRO – 23 September 2017: The Ministry of Interior distributed on Saturday school supplies to students on the first day of the new school year in Tahrir Square.
This came within the framework of the humanitarian side carried out by the Ministry of Interior, which aims to help citizens, especially ordinary citizens.
The ministry also distributed guidelines and relief numbers in an initiative that emphasizes community participation.
Two million Egyptian students return to school on Saturday and Sunday in 27 governorates. Schools that don’t consider Saturday as a day off started today, Al Ahram reported on Saturday.
Minister of Education Tarek Shawky said that there are committees from the ministry assigned to check the schools and make sure that they are ready to receive students and that there are no problems facing the educational process, Al Ahram added.
