UK Cobra meeting keeps terrorist threat level at “critical”

LONDON- 16 September 2017: UK Home Secretary Amber Rudd chaired a meeting of the government's Cobra emergency committee and it concluded the UK terrorist threat level should remain at "critical", the BBC News reported.

It had been raised to that level - which is the highest and means an attack may be imminent - on Friday evening.

On Friday, an explosion rocked Parsons Green station of London subway, leaving behind 30 passengers injured
