Saudi plane pilot dies during anti-Qaeda operation in Yemen

RIYADH - 14 September 2017: Official spokesman of the Saudi-led coalition in Yemen Turki Al Maliki announced that an aircraft of Saudi Royal air force fell due to a technical failure in the area of Abyan in Yemen while carrying out one of its operational tasks to support the war against Al Qaeda.

The accident resulted in the martyrdom of Wing Commander Muhanna bin Saad Al Baiz, the Saudi Press Agency SPA reported Thursday.
