CAIRO - 4 September 2017: The minister of planning revealed that the evaluation of the skills of employees working in the administrative system will begin immediately after Eid Al Adha.

“The Administrative Reform Committee will start its work immediately after Eid Al Adha. It will begin to assess the skills of the employees of the administrative system of the state in the frame of applying the Civil Service Law,” said Hala Al-Saeed, minister of planning.

Al-Saeed told Egypt Today that the Administrative Reform Committee is concerned with training and developing the skills and the youth generation employees, in implementation of the administrative reform plan approved by President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi and Prime Minister Sherif Ismail.

Earlier, Al-Saeed said that the plan will take about a year and a half. Mohamed Gamil, head of the Central Agency for Planning and Administration, briefed Al-Saeed on the database and future plans to develop the state’s administrative system during her visit to the agency last Wednesday.
