30 Takfiris killed in N.Sinai: Military spokesperson

CAIRO - 22 July 2017: As many as 30 very dangerous Takfiris were killed and five others arrested when law enforcement forces of the Second Field Army and police raided various terrorist hideouts in El Arish, Rafah and Sheikh Zuwaid cities of North Sinai, the military spokesman said in a statement on Friday.

The raids were carried out for the fourth day in a row in cooperation with the Egyptian Air Force, the spokesman added.

Also, 12 four-wheel drive vehicles used by terrorists, four car bombs, 30 explosive devices planted on roads used by security forces, warehouses and 19 hideouts were destroyed, the military spokesman said.
