Egypt's scorching heat wave to relent: official Forecast body

CAIRO – 19 July 2017: Temperature expected to keep dropping, resulting in slightly warm weather in the North of Egypt and northern parts of Upper Egypt, according to the Egyptian Meteorological Authority.

The mild temperatures follow a heat wave that Egypt witnessed between July 14 and July 17 where temperatures reached up to 41 degrees Celsius.

Temperatures in Greater Cairo could reach a maximum of 35 ℃ and a minimum of 25 ℃, while temperatures in Alexandria and Matrouh could reach a maximum of 30 ℃ and a minimum of 24 ℃.
