CAIRO - 18 July 2017: President Abdel Fatah Al Sisi will witness on Wednesday the graduation ceremony of new batch of police cadets at the Police Academy in New Cairo.

Prime Minister Sherif Ismail, Interior Minister Magdy Abdel Ghaffar, Police Academy Chief Ahmed el Amari and members of the High Police Council and top officials will attend the ceremony.

The graduation ceremony will start by playing the national anthem upon the arrival of President Sisi.

The ceremony will include a military parade to show the officers’ hand-to-hand combat skills and capabilities.

The graduation ceremony also involves a display of the basic Karate Katas and Kung Fu techniques.

The academy’s students will also make a show by using light weapons in self-defense. The president will honor top students who will be granted medals of excellency of the second class in appreciation of their distinguished performance during their academic study.

The students will also perform a military parade.
