Cabinet approves bill on family courts law

CAIRO – 12 July 2017: The cabinet approved on Wednesday a bill to amend some provisions of law no. 10 of 2004 on the establishment of family courts.

The amendment aims at protecting children of unknown parents, who are monitored by the Ministry of Social Solidarity.

The cabinet also approved a presidential bill to regulate the General Organization For Teaching Hospitals and Institutes.
